1. Return Period
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorisation via email will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Retro Fun Games will cover the return shipping costs and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
If the return is due to change of mind, size, colour, or any reason not attributable to Retro Fun Games:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In some cases, these costs may be deducted from the refund if you use our return label.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item (e.g., another size or colour) is:

7. EU Customers & Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country where a statutory cooling-off period applies (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right within the European Union), that legal minimum period will apply, even if our general return period is 15 days.
